Sick Leave Bank
If a member does not wish to participate in the sick leave bank, s/he must complete an opt-out form and provide it to the payroll supervisor no later than Sept. 15th. If a bargaining unit member does not have at least one (1) day of sick leave, the District shall advance the member one (1) day in order for the member to become enrolled in the sick leave bank.

Restricted Personal Leave
In accordance with Section 10.3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, personal leave for the following dates must be requested by meeting the following criteria:
Note: f your personal leave is denied or you have no more personal days, you may still take the day off, but it will be unpaid.
2022/23 Restricted Days Memo
- You must request and submit your application (electronically or in person) request 20 days in advance to the Mincy Center,
- you must be in the first five percent of your bargaining unit to request the day(s), and
- you may not submit more than two requests per school year.

Extra Class Coverage
If you are asked to serve as a substitute teacher to cover classes outside of your normal scope of duties, you may be eligible for additional pay.
